The World Bank Group Junior Professional Associate (JPA) program offers a two-year entry-level professional experience and first-hand exposure to international development. Knowledge of one or more of the Bank’s working languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish is a plus. If selected for an assignment, you’ll receive a two-year, non-renewable Extended Term Consultant (ETC) contract with benefits. Keep in mind that applications will be kept active in the database for six months, after which you’ll need to re-apply if still interested in the JPA program.
