Unubiko Foundation, an esteemed non-profit organization committed to enhancing the well-being of families in underserved communities through educational, healthcare, and community development initiatives, is thrilled to announce the initiation of its 2023/2024 scholarship program. This scholarship opportunity is specifically designed for deserving students from Abia State enrolled in state and federal-owned tertiary institutions across Nigeria, as well as non-Abian students studying in state and federal-owned institutions in Abia State. The foundation’s primary goal with this scholarship is to foster educational progress, particularly for female students, empowering them to achieve their academic aspirations.
The scholarship program is divided into three categories to cater to students pursuing different levels of tertiary education: University, Polytechnic, and College of Education. To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet specific criteria, including maintaining a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) ranging from 3.5 to 4.0, depending on the category. Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum of six O-level credits, with passes in English language and Mathematics in one sitting. The selection process prioritizes full-time degree, polytechnic, and college of education students of Abia State origin, or non-Abians studying in Abia State institutions, in designated fields of study.
For interested and qualified individuals, the application deadline for the Unubiko Foundation Scholarship Program is February 28, 2024. To apply, ensure you have the necessary documentation, such as a recent passport photograph, school ID card, admission letter, and O’ Level results, among others.
