The Young Social Entrepreneurs (YSE) Global programme is here to inspire, equip, and enable you to start or scale up your social enterprise in Singapore and beyond. Since 2010, YSE Global has been nurturing a network of young individuals with innovative business ideas focused on social good. Together with established social entrepreneurs, business consultants, and investors, we harness the power of ideas, know-how, and resources to effect positive change for a better world.
The SIF Young Social Entrepreneurs Global Programme offers a range of benefits to successful applicants. Firstly, you will be able to join an international network of changemakers, including like-minded individuals, corporations, practitioners, and successful entrepreneurs. Additionally, you will gain access to industry experts and professionals for mentorship, and embark on an overseas study visit to gain insights into social entrepreneurship through capacity-building opportunities. Finally, you can start or scale up your social enterprise with up to S$20,000 funding.
If you are between 18 and 35 years old and have a passion for social entrepreneurship, you are eligible to apply regardless of your nationality. The application period for the YSE Global 2024 programme runs from 18 December 2023 to 2 February 2024. Successful applicants will participate in the YSE Global 2024 workshop in Singapore in May 2024 and pitch for change in November 2024.
To apply, you will need to submit a business plan overview, SE team/individual photo, SE high-resolution logo (if available), and any supporting documents (optional). Please note that the SIF may contact you for clarifications, so it is advisable to submit your application as early as possible. The application fee is S$10 per team, and the deadline for applications is 2 February 2024.
