The She Code Africa Scholarship is dedicated to celebrating and empowering young girls and women in the technology sector across Africa. This initiative aims to create a more inclusive Africa where women have equal representation in all technology-related career paths. The program focuses on technical skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and increasing visibility for women in various technology roles.

She Code Africa is a vibrant community with over 10,000 members actively participating from countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda, South Africa, Cameroon, Cote D’Ivoire, Rwanda, Liberia, and more. The scholarship offers a 5-month intensive training program covering essential fields like Cybersecurity, IT Support, Data Analytics, Project Management, Digital Marketing, UX Design, and E-commerce.

Participants of the She Code Africa Scholarship Program will benefit from a structured 20-week curriculum designed to equip them with the necessary skills for a successful career in tech, regardless of prior experience or degree. Additionally, members will receive ongoing support from the community, monthly check-in calls from the SCA Team, employability workshops, and a career certificate upon program completion.
