The University of Oxford is offering the Reach Oxford Scholarships program for international undergraduate students who are unable to study in their own countries due to financial, political, or educational reasons. The program is available to students from developing countries who are nationals of countries that receive official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The scholarship covers tuition fees and college fees, a grant for living expenses, and one return airfare per year. Applications for admission to the University are currently closed. However, to be considered for the Reach Oxford Scholarships program, students must apply to the University by October 16, 2023, and gain a place. After receiving an offer, students must complete a separate scholarship application form, which will be made available on the official website in January 2024. The scholarship application deadline will be announced, but it is typically in February.
