Postgraduate Scholarship Program For African Women 2024 Learn Africa Programme

The Women for Africa Foundation proudly announces the return of its flagship Learn Africa postgraduate scholarship program for yet another exciting year. Celebrating over a decade of empowering women, the program has made a monumental impact, supporting 350 female students from 35 different African countries to date. Many of these scholars have completed their studies in Spain or Morocco, embarking on successful careers in their home countries or pursuing further doctoral studies.

This year, the foundation is placing a significant emphasis on doctoral scholarships, offering an unprecedented number of opportunities in this category. Moreover, the program continues to champion academic pursuits in STEM fields, introducing cutting-edge topics such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, food safety, and sustainable construction. A testament to the program’s growth and success, this edition will award 76 new scholarships and 22 continuity scholarships, made possible through the generous support of over 50 partners, including esteemed universities, business schools, and private entities like GMV, ASISA Foundation, and ANESVAD Foundation.

The Learn Africa program not only stands out for the diversity and reach of its scholarships but also for the profound impact it has on the lives of its beneficiaries and the expansive network of partners it brings together. This year, we are thrilled to welcome the University of Almeria (UAL) and the ENAE Business School (Murcia) as new collaborators, each committing to two scholarships. For aspiring scholars, this represents a golden opportunity to advance their education and contribute to their communities. The application process is open until April 17, 2024, and we encourage eligible candidates to seize this chance to transform their futures. Detailed information on the scholarships, including benefits, requirements, and how to apply, can be found on the Women for Africa Foundation’s website.
