Then the Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffman Scholarship and Leadership Programme is for you! This scholarship is designed to support students from transition and emerging economies, providing them with the opportunity to study one of the eligible graduate programmes at Oxford University. The programme aims to help future leaders connect their academic pursuits to their long-term career objectives, contributing to improving public life in their country of origin or at a wider regional or international level.

The scholarship covers 100% of University and college fees and includes a grant for living costs of at least £18,662. The awards are made for the full duration of your fee liability for the agreed course. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must apply to start one of the eligible courses at Oxford, be ordinarily resident in one of the eligible countries, and intend to return to your country of ordinary residence once your course is completed.

If you’re interested in applying for the Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffman Scholarship and Leadership Programme, select the Weidenfeld-Hoffman Scholarship and Leadership Programme in the Funding section of the University’s graduate application form and submit your application for graduate study by the relevant December or January deadline for your course (5 January or 19 January 2024).
