The Management Trainee Program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s daily processes and goals. Participants will be exposed to the company’s strategic planning and will be responsible for completing assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. Trainees will also participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities, and will learn from experienced staff members. The program will provide an opportunity to gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes, and to take detailed notes and liaise with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff.


To qualify for the program, applicants must have a degree in management or business or have experience in management or a similar/relevant field (e.g. sales, customer services, etc.). Applicants must also have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, strong verbal and written presentation skills, excellent math and computational ability, and effective communication skills.
