In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and providing financial solutions, driving business growth, and achieving set revenue targets through effective relationship management.
As the Group Head of Commercial Banking, you will also be tasked with identifying clients’ needs and matching bank products and services to such needs, mobilizing revenue for the group, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating the execution of the sales plan by customer segment and product for the group. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing new relationships and managing existing ones within the assigned sector, monitoring group sales pipeline deals, and identifying additional methods of improving performance.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 9 years of relevant banking (marketing and credit) experience. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and in-depth knowledge of banking products and services. Furthermore, you must be confident and proficient in commercial banking operations and have a proven track record of successful client relationship management.
