OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) Internship Program 2024

The OPEC Fund is excited to present its Internship Program, offering students from diverse academic backgrounds a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working with an international organization. Lasting between three to six months, the program is carefully crafted to provide a supportive framework for students, ensuring their focus remains on personal and professional growth. Interns will immerse themselves in the day-to-day operations of various OPEC Fund departments, gaining practical insights into the workings of an international organization while aligning with the Fund’s vision, mission, and core values.

Interns will have the chance to work in different departments based on their interests and qualifications, as well as the needs of the respective departments. The program covers a wide range of areas including public sector operations, financial services, risk management, strategic planning, human resources, and information technology, among others. To be eligible for this enriching experience, applicants must be between 19 to 25 years old, enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or have graduated within a year of the application deadline. Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
