Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must hold a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, Strategic Brand Communications, or a Diploma in Public Relations or Journalism/Media Studies. Preference will be given to those with Honours degrees. Applicants should have less than two years of post-study work experience, be South African citizens or eligible to work in South Africa, and be able to present a portfolio showcasing their communications work.
Program Goals:
Participants in this 18-month program will rotate through various divisions, gaining invaluable professional experience, completing specialized training modules, and receiving mentorship and coaching. The aim is to equip graduates with the skills necessary for careers in Media & Communications, Digital Marketing, Customer Relations, Brand Management, and Marketing.
