To be eligible for the McKinsey & Company Young Leaders Program, candidates must hold an undergraduate or master’s degree with a stellar academic track record, possess less than one year of professional experience, demonstrate leadership capabilities in extracurricular or work settings, exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, showcase the ability to work effectively in teams and communicate complex ideas proficiently in English.
