Benefits of the Internship
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
- Conduct post-training evaluation analysis.
- Support the implementation of approved training plans.
- Develop training materials for in-house courses.
- Assist in delivering learning and development programs.
- Assign licenses for courses on the learning hub.
- Track training completions.
- Maintain a Knowledge Management/Sharing Database.
- Provide administrative support for ITF submissions.
- Address training-related inquiries from employees.
- Stay updated with developments in learning and development.
Additionally, you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks such as:
- Supporting HR Special Projects.
- Conducting research as required.
- Completing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements for the Internship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Social Science or Humanities.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple conflicting activities.
- Interviewing skills.
- Research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Selection Process
Selection Criteria
- Graduate Aptitude Test: Shortlisted candidates will be required to take an aptitude test and write an essay.
- Interviews: Successful candidates will be invited for an interview. Upon completion, selected candidates will join one of our Technical Teams for a one-year internship, providing an excellent opportunity to learn, network, and contribute to ongoing projects.
