Benefits of the Internship

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct post-training evaluation analysis.
  • Support the implementation of approved training plans.
  • Develop training materials for in-house courses.
  • Assist in delivering learning and development programs.
  • Assign licenses for courses on the learning hub.
  • Track training completions.
  • Maintain a Knowledge Management/Sharing Database.
  • Provide administrative support for ITF submissions.
  • Address training-related inquiries from employees.
  • Stay updated with developments in learning and development.

Additionally, you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks such as:

  • Supporting HR Special Projects.
  • Conducting research as required.
  • Completing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements for the Internship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Social Science or Humanities.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple conflicting activities.
  • Interviewing skills.
  • Research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Selection Process

Selection Criteria

  • Graduate Aptitude Test: Shortlisted candidates will be required to take an aptitude test and write an essay.
  • Interviews: Successful candidates will be invited for an interview. Upon completion, selected candidates will join one of our Technical Teams for a one-year internship, providing an excellent opportunity to learn, network, and contribute to ongoing projects.
