Candidates must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 on a 5-point scale or 2.4 on a 4-point scale and possess a BVN-compliant bank account. It is important to note that students benefiting from other scholarships, particularly those related to the oil and gas industry, are ineligible to apply. Additionally, part-time students are not considered under this program.
