In light of the challenges posed by the post-COVID-19 era and the global economic downturn, which have significantly impacted families’ ability to support their children’s education, leading to increased school dropouts and vulnerability to antisocial behaviours, the Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative Limited seeks to intervene. Our scholarship and bursary program is designed as a crucial support system for the youth, aiming to alleviate these pressures and create a brighter, more secure future for our community.

The program includes two key bursary opportunities: the first is a one-time award based on academic merit, open to both indigenes and residents, while the second is specifically for indigent indigenes facing financial hardships, with no academic grade requirement. Eligible applicants must be full-time students from their second year onwards, with a proven academic record and proof of indigeneship or residency.
