Are you a low-income, first-generation college student or recent graduate? If so, we invite you to join the Aspire Leaders Program, an immersive leadership journey designed to help you develop your professional skills and become a leader in your field. The program is delivered entirely online and is open to participants from around the world.

The Aspire Leaders Program offers a unique opportunity to learn from Harvard faculty through an exclusive course designed specifically for program participants. You’ll also have access to fully-funded HarvardX courses and leadership development tools, as well as the chance to participate in live seminars with world-class educators. With a virtual classroom connecting you to a global community of peers, you’ll be able to exchange ideas and build relationships with like-minded individuals from around the world.

After completion of the program, Aspire Institute empowers alumni to continue their leadership development through seed funds, workshops, and a vibrant global network of peers and mentors. This is an incredible opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge you need to become a leader in your field, no matter where you are in the world.

The program is open to applicants between the ages of 18 and 26 who come from a low-income background and are first-generation college students or recent graduates (but not currently enrolled in a graduate program).
