The EquityTech Fellowship is a transformative opportunity for entrepreneurs worldwide who are using technology to forge paths toward greater social and financial inclusivity while addressing the pervasive equity gaps in wealth, education, and access. Supported by industry giants such as Capital One, Deloitte, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Arnold & Porter, this program is at the forefront of catalyzing change by empowering tech-driven ventures.

At the core of the EquityTech Fellowship, offered by Halcyon, is a commitment to nurturing ventures within critical subsectors like FinTech, the Future of Work, Assistive Tech, and EdTech. Selected fellows will be endowed with a plethora of resources including a $10,000 equity-free stipend for travel, an eight-week residency in the heart of Georgetown, Washington, DC, and comprehensive bespoke training covering everything from investment readiness to leadership. The fellowship further enriches the entrepreneurial journey with pro bono legal support, Deloitte consulting services, leadership coaching, and $10,000 in AWS Cloud credits, amidst a vibrant community of over 500 impact-driven entrepreneurs.


Entrepreneurs from around the globe with for-profit ventures that have at least reached the Minimum Viable Product stage are invited to apply. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a commitment to leveraging their ventures for social impact, aligning with one or more of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The selection process will evaluate applicants on their potential for impact, scalability, innovation, and team talent.
