The Chicken Republic Graduate Trainee Program is available to both men and women who have completed their BSc/HND degrees and have 0-2 years of managerial experience in the food industry. The ideal candidate should understand restaurant management, sales building, financial reporting, and other related areas well.
The program is divided into various areas: Operations Health & Safety, Loss Control, Business Planning and Financial Control, Customer Service, People Management, and Sales Building. Successful applicants will be trained to carry out Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) checks, monitor shift control, and implement staff positioning plans, among other responsibilities.
