Kazakhstan Government Bachelor Scholarship
Scholarship Benefits:

Eligibility Criteria:
The scholarship is open to:
- Non-Kazakhstani citizens
- Ethnic Kazakhs not holding Kazakhstani citizenship
Required Documents for Application:
Applicants must submit scanned copies of the following:
- Valid identification document
- Academic records from previous education level (including transcripts and, if available, attachments) with notarized translations in Kazakh, Russian, or English. Bachelor applicants must show a secondary education certificate with a minimum average grade of “good.”
- Motivational essay in Kazakh, Russian, or English
- Recommendation letter from a previous educational institution or employer, in Kazakh, Russian, or English
- Medical certificate fit for studying abroad, including specific health screenings and a certificate confirming HIV/AIDS negative status from an official health authority
- Completed application form
- Letter of invitation from a Kazakhstan university (if available)

Application Process:

- Submit documents via the Operator’s website.
- Await document verification by the Operator. Eligible candidates will receive a link for online testing.
- Complete online testing to assess adaptive capabilities.
- Successful candidates will be invited for an online interview with representatives from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Operator, and universities.
- Winners will be announced by August 28 of the current year.
