Government of Flanders Master Mind scholarships 2024/2025

Are you an international student looking to pursue a master’s degree in Flanders or Brussels? If so, you may be interested in the Government of Flanders Master Mind scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic year. These scholarships are awarded by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training to exceptional students from around the world, and include a grant of €10,000 per academic year plus a tuition fee waiver for a 60 ECTS master’s programme.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have obtained your previous degree from a higher education institution located outside Flanders, and apply to a participating Flemish higher education institution for a master’s programme. Additionally, you must have a high level of academic performance with a GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and a good command of the English language with a minimum band score of 7.0 on the IELTS test, a minimum total score of 94 on the TOEFL test, or a C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference.

The Master Mind Scholarship Programme is open to all nationalities, and holders of the scholarship will only pay an administrative enrolment fee. The grant is paid in instalments and covers accommodation costs, insurance, and a significant amount of living expenses.
