The Prestigious Global Foreign Mentorship Program (PGMP), formerly known as WAFMP, is a program designed to identify, train, mentor, and deploy leaders into politics, business, and civil service. The program is specifically aimed at youths aged 18-35 years, who have been marginalized for decades and are socioeconomically disadvantaged, or people of color whose voices have not been heard. PGMP aims to be the hub for grooming global leaders across all sectors, and as such, the GELA Skillup-360 project has recently been expanded to include youths from all continents/regions of the world.
The program is valued at 100 USD per participant, but it has been made largely free for only the most passionate few ready to take a journey toward greatness. 80-100 participants will be selected globally in an inclusive manner that allows for a healthy balance, ensuring that delegates are selected from various continents. Those selected will be given a free access coupon code to get onboarded, be assigned to a foreign mentor, and get trained for free.
The program offers soft-skills training, self-image, and character remodelling internationally recognized certification, foreign exposure (virtual), and a chance to get assigned to an international mentor and grow your career prospects through a 3-month curriculum-based learning with certification from GELA, a United Nations-affiliated social enterprise. Participants will also receive post-completion internship/job placement.
To qualify for this program, applicants must be aged less than 35 years, have access to the internet, be willing to learn, embrace diversity and expand their network, and be willing to get enrolled and fill out the pre-assessment form. The application deadline is January 31, 2024.

Click “Register” and fill out the embedded form. Keep checking your email for selection notice within 2-3 weeks. Only those selected will be provided with a link for access. If selected, click the exclusive link provided to access the training program courses. Then, still via that link, simply go to the “VIEW CART” button to fill in other billing information until completion. Doing this will only enable the admin to give you access from your dashboard. Ensure you join the group via the link sent via email for onboarding and orientation before the program commencement date.
