  5. Divid P. Shapiro Annual Leukaemia – This is a Fully-Funded Science and Law School Scholarships opportunity for students in any university under 1000 QS University Rank. This is offered by the Affidavit Institute of Judicial Practice. This scholarship is open to all international students around the world. It is for bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD studies.

To apply for scholarships in the United States without IELTS, it is required that the candidate have a good command of written and spoken English. While IELTS or TOEFL may not be a requirement, it is still important to have a good understanding of the English language.
