Digital Africa has developed a program that focuses on meeting the needs of African early-stage startups, and it offers training and employment opportunities to young people looking for tech and digital jobs. The Talent 4 Startups Program has partnered with training schools across the continent to deploy dedicated scholarships for those who qualify.
If you want to launch your tech career or enhance your team’s skills, the program offers training courses in 20 African countries. These courses allow you to specialize in project management, UI/UX design, development (front-end, back-end, etc.), digital marketing, and more!
To qualify for the program, you must be between 18 and 35 years old, live in a country where one of the program’s partners provides training, be ready to commit to intensive training between 2 and 9 months and be looking for a job in tech, especially in a startup.
If you’re selected, you’ll develop the operational, technical, and human skills necessary for success in the industry. These skills include coding, data analysis, problem-solving, database management, marketing campaign and content management, project and product tech management, critical thinking, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
The application deadline for the program is February 25, 2024. If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, visit Digital Africa’s website at talent4startups.digital-africa.co to apply and join the community of 300 alumni who have already benefited from this program.
