As an EU EU-funded trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Political, Press, and Information: Policy & Cooperation Sections. Your tasks will involve attending meetings, preparing minutes, and assisting in the creation of statements, speeches, and reports focusing on key areas such as mobility, migration, youth, economic integration, and multilateral relations. Additionally, you will contribute to communication efforts by drafting press releases, and project documents, and assisting in event organization.
To be eligible for this traineeship, you must be currently residing in Ethiopia, hold a Master’s degree in political science, international relations, economics, law, or related fields, possess fluency in English, and demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills. Applicants with a maximum of one year of work experience are welcomed, along with those who exhibit a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for African Union politics, economics, and governance.
