The Malaria Modelling Fellowship (MMF) seeks to enhance the mathematical modelling capabilities of public health professionals in Nigeria. Supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), this initiative is a collaborative effort involving Corona Management Systems (CMS), the National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP), the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC), and the World Health Organisation (WHO). The fellowship curriculum covers Malaria & Epidemiology, Mathematical Modelling with a focus on mathematical tools and programming language usage, and Project Management & Evidence Translation, which includes essential soft skills such as scientific writing.

The CMS Malaria Modelling Fellowship is fully funded and offers logistical support for fellows to participate in both physical and online sessions. Special assistance is provided for female fellows with children under 18 months.
