Chalmers IPOET Scholarships – International Students 2024-2025

Chalmers University is pleased to offer the IPOET scholarship, funded by the Swedish Council for Higher Education, to approximately 35 students annually. This scholarship offers a 75% reduction of tuition fees for the 2-year program, and students who excel during their first year of studies may receive an increased scholarship reduction, which covers 85% of the tuition fee during the second and final year of studies.

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country and be required to pay tuition fees for a Swedish university education. Additionally, you must be a first-year Master’s program applicant, and the selection is based on your relative academic excellence, including your weighted average grade, home university’s stature, and priority order of the application for Chalmers Master’s programs.

To apply, simply make an online application to one of the Master’s programs offered by Chalmers at the website universityadmissions.se between October 16, 2023, and January 15, 2024. You will be assigned an application number, which is required to complete the scholarship application. The deadline for scholarship applications is January 17, 2024.
