The Australian National University (ANU) is offering the ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science International Postgraduate Excellence Scholarships. This scholarship is aimed at acknowledging the exceptional academic performance of international students who wish to join ANU and aims to support them in their transition to the Australian National University.
The scholarship offers a 50% tuition fee scholarship for up to one year of a Graduate Diploma or Masters coursework program offered by the College of Engineering and Computer Science at ANU. Please note that the scholarship does not cover any application and deposit fee, the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) premium, fares to and from Australia, the payment of reading and study materials, living expenses, tuition fee, accommodation, or any other costs associated with studying. The Scholarship is not renewable.
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be international students defined under the terms of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000. Dependents of the staff of diplomatic or consular missions are also eligible. Additionally, applicants must be citizens of one of the countries specified by the College. They must be commencing students who have received an offer of admission into a Graduate Diploma or Masters by coursework program offered by the College.
Candidates will be automatically considered for the scholarship based on their admissions application and meeting the eligibility criteria. No separate scholarship application is required. The application deadline for Semester 1, 2021 entry is 1 December 2020, and that for Semester 2, 2021 entry is 1 May 2021.
