Successful Fellows will enjoy an en-suite, single occupancy study bedroom with provided meals at the host College. They will receive a temporary University card and membership to the college Senior Common Room during their residency. The fellowship encompasses airfare, visa fees, and a maintenance allowance for incidental expenses.

- Legal resident of an African country with an appointment in an African academic or research institution
- Have an existing collaboration with Oxford or in contact with a potential Oxford collaborator
