This program is targeted at diverse, ambitious, and innovative Nigerian graduates from IT-related disciplines, who are eager to build a thriving career in a conducive manufacturing environment with top-class systems and processes. Nigerian Breweries is committed to inclusion and diversity, and as such, welcomes applications from all interested and qualified individuals, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, and disability status.

After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a 12-month management trainee programme. At the end of the one-year trainee programme, candidates will assume a substantive role in the Digital & Technology function of the company.

To qualify for this scheme, applicants must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, and other related disciplines. A master’s degree in a related field or a strong background in Information Technology/Software development with relevant certifications is an added advantage. Applicants must also have a minimum of five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE, including Maths, English, and three other relevant subjects, as well as completion of NYSC, not earlier than January 2020. Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria is also required.

If you are a young West African leader who is interested in acquiring leadership training, The YALI Regional Leadership Center, West Africa has announced the commencement of applications for its Emerging Leaders Program (Cohort 46). This is an excellent opportunity to participate in a unique leadership course that will prepare you to take on a leadership role in your chosen field.

The program is divided into three tracks: Business and Entrepreneurship, Civil Society Management, and Public Policy and Management. Each track is designed to cater to the specific needs of emerging leaders to equip them with the necessary skills to become successful in their respective fields. Participants will receive a certificate at the end of the program and become a members of the YALI Alumni.

The program is open to young West African leaders between the ages of 18 and 35 who are citizens and residents of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Burkina Faso. Applicants will not be discriminated against based on race, ethnicity, colour, gender, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

All expenses, including visa costs (if required), round-trip travel, transportation to and from Kotoka International Airport, customized academic and leadership courses, accident and sickness benefit plans, housing, and meals, will be covered by the program.

The application deadline is January 26, 2024. Selection will be based on merit and open competition.
