Are you a non-EU/EEA or Swiss citizen interested in pursuing a Master’s degree programme in Sweden? Look no further than the Axel Adler Scholarship offered by the University of Gothenburg! This scholarship programme is specifically designed for fee-paying students pursuing eligible Master’s programmes at the University of Gothenburg.
The scholarship covers the tuition fee for the programme that you are admitted to but does not provide financial support for living expenses or travel grants. However, it is a significant financial relief for those hoping to pursue their academic dreams in Sweden.
There is one scholarship awarded for each programme, as well as four for Master’s programmes within the Fine, Applied and Performing Arts and programmes in Music and Performance. Additionally, for students studying a sustainability-focused study programme, there are two Axel Adler Scholarships available for Sustainability 2024.
To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet specific criteria, including being required to pay tuition in Sweden, applying for an international campus-based programme at the University of Gothenburg as your priority, and being admitted to a full-time Master’s programme or Bachelor’s programme (for Bachelor’s programme only Software Engineering, International Relations and Business and Economics) at the University of Gothenburg.
If you meet the eligibility criteria and want to be considered for the scholarship, you must apply for a Master’s Programme via universityadmissions.se by 15 January 2024. Only applicants with a University of Gothenburg programme as their first choice are eligible to apply for a scholarship. Eligible students will receive an email with application instructions around 8 February 2024.
