TEFEM Fellowship Program Overview
The TEFEM Fellowship Program offers top-tier education in tech skills, preparing you for the demands of today’s tech-centric world. As a TEFEM Africa Fellow, you will gain technical expertise and the confidence needed to pursue opportunities in the tech industry. The program includes mentorship and support networks to guide you throughout your learning journey and beyond. You will also become part of a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and empowerment.

Eligibility Requirements
This year, we are accepting applications from girls and women aged 17 to 40 residing in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Liberia, Burundi, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
Selection Process
- Application Review
- Technical Assessment and Video Submission
Timeline:
- Call for Applications: May 13th
- Application Deadline: July 31st
- Selection and Screening: Immediately after application deadline
- Feedback for Applicants: August 2nd-5th
- Stage 2 Application for Shortlisted Applicants: August 2nd-16th
- Final Selection Notification: From August 10th onwards
- Orientation and Onboarding: August 29th-30th
- Class Duration: September 2nd – November 30th
- Graduation: December 10th
How to Apply
If you’re interested and qualified, visit TEFEM Application Page to complete the application form by May 13th, 2024. You will also need to submit essays that showcase your experiences, challenges, and triumphs. If shortlisted, you will be asked to submit a motivational video that highlights your drive and enthusiasm.
