Applications are now open for the 2024-2025 Rev. Samuel Modupe Idowu Foundation Scholarship, inviting young Nigerian undergraduate students who meet the eligibility criteria listed below.
Funded by the Reverend Samuel Modupe Idowu Foundation, this scholarship program aims to support the educational and spiritual development of young people in Nigeria. The Foundation, a non-profit organization, is committed to helping students achieve their academic goals and fostering personal growth.
Rev. Samuel Modupe Idowu Undergraduate Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicants must be between 16 and 23 years old (proof of age is mandatory).
- Candidates must commit to maintaining at least a 2:1 (Second Class Upper Division) grade each academic year.
- Achieve a minimum of five credits in WAEC/NECO or GCE, including compulsory credits in English and Mathematics.
- Pass the JAMB exam as well as the pre-admission university exam.
- Obtain an admission letter from a reputable public university (e.g., Unilag, UniIbadan, UniJos, OOU, etc.). Admissions from polytechnics will not be accepted.
- Successfully pass the prequalification exam set by the Foundation.
Selection Process
The selection process details will be announced closer to the examination date. Results will be available exclusively through the Foundation’s online portal at www.reverendidowufoundation.com.
