To apply for this prestigious scholarship, candidates must possess a first degree with a minimum of a 2nd Class Lower Division for Master’s applicants or a robust Master’s Degree for PhD candidates from recognized universities. Applicants must have secured admission to a Postgraduate Program in the aforementioned disciplines at a foreign university and should not have commenced their studies abroad. The scholarship requires a guarantor’s consent of good conduct and mandates completion of the NYSC program. Eligibility is restricted to indigenes of the Niger Delta states. Required documents for application include a recent passport photograph, Local Government Identification Letter, admission letter, NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate, and academic degrees.
