Are you looking for a scholarship opportunity to obtain a master’s degree in Transportation Sciences with a specialization in Road Safety? The Hasselt University Scholarship is now open for applications. This scholarship is offered annually to twelve students from developing countries through the International Course Programme (ICP). The program takes two years to complete and has a specific focus on road safety in developing countries.
The program trains students to identify transportation and road safety issues and develop innovative solutions using an integrative approach based on three pillars: the individual, the environment, and society. Road safety is approached as a cross-border field, incorporating elements of psychology, economy, urban planning, environmental studies, engineering, and more.
As a scholarship holder, you will receive holistic support that includes a monthly allowance of €1150 for meals, transport, personal expenses, and accommodation. You will also receive a one-time payment for indirect travel costs of €150 and a logistical allowance of €850. Insurance, international travel, and tuition fees are also covered.
