Fully-funded DAAD Helmut-Schmidt Masters Scholarship for Developing Countries 2025

Eligible candidates are those who haven’t earned a Master’s degree previously or can justify the need for a second Master’s degree. Applicants should have completed their last university degree within the past six years (no earlier than January 1, 2018), and must not have lived in a non-DAC listed country for more than 15 months at the time of application. The selection process, led by a committee of professors and DAAD representatives, begins in October/November 2024, with all applicants being duly informed of the outcome by December 2024/January 2025.
