The Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST) is offering international undergraduate scholarships for students commencing their studies in the 2023-2024 academic session. Successful students will receive a full tuition fee waiver for eight semesters, living expenses of 500,000 KRW per month, and medical health insurance. KAIST is seeking students who have a passion for science and technology research, a willingness to challenge themselves in new areas of creation, and a desire to contribute to society and the country with high levels of consciousness and attitudes of collaboration. Applicants must also have a GPA of over 2.7 out of 4.3 at KAIST after their freshman year, as well as be deeply concerned about morals and the environment for all humanity.
To be considered for the KAIST International Students Scholarship, applicants must have graduated or will graduate from high school by February 28th, 2023 or August 31st, 2023 respectively. There is no separate application process for the scholarship; successful applicants will automatically receive the KAIST Scholarship if they are granted admission.
