The program uses a comprehensive approach to enhance skills acquisition, including industry involvement for better market fit and the crowding in of private resources in the formal training system. It also focuses on improving the quality of informal apprenticeship training to break the cycles of low productivity and low skills development in the informal sector.
The program offers several professional diploma courses, including Applied Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Technology, Business Intelligence and Dashboard Creation & Development, Data Analytics, Digital Literacy, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity. Participants who achieve a minimum score of 40% in each module and an average score of 50% at the end of the course assessment will receive a Professional Diploma. Those who attend a minimum of 80% of any course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
