ExxonMobil Grants Program is a postgraduate scholarship opportunity offered by ExxonMobil Upstream Nigeria. The program provides on-the-job training in various engineering skill areas to prepare successful candidates for assignments in any designated engineering aspect of oil and gas production in Nigeria. Both men and women are eligible to apply, provided they possess at least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1) in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Petroleum, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial & Production, Subsea, Material & Metallurgical. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of three (3) continuous years of relevant industry experience. Recent graduates with no previous experience are also welcome to apply, provided they have completed their NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.

To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be ready to work in various work locations, be open to changing priorities and workloads, be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs and must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.
