Bank of America’s Winter Analyst program is a great opportunity for students to gain in-depth exposure to the world of investment banking. This program is designed to provide a broad and exciting experience of what it’s like to work as a full-time Investment Banking Analyst. During the winter, participants will have the opportunity to work with all of Bank of America’s industry, country, and product coverage teams. The program is open to candidates who are in their penultimate year of study pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university. Applicants should be on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent) and must be available to join the program from June until August 2024.
The Winter Analyst program offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Applicants must be fluent in English and the local language for any regional roles.
