MTFza is a 12-month industry readiness programme that provides a unique opportunity to learn from some of the leading players in TV and Film while acquiring valuable experience in directing, producing, cinematography, commissioning, and other skills. This academy is designed for students between the ages of 18-26 with a passion for the TV and Film industry.
To be eligible for the MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy Program, you must be a citizen of one of the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Additionally, you must qualify as a registered post-secondary education institution or have some experience in the film industry. Fluency in English in terms of speaking, reading, and writing is also required.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can apply by submitting the following application documents: your CV (not more than 2 pages), a personal motivation letter (not more than 500 words) explaining why you should be chosen, a copy of your South African Identity Document (certified), a copy of your academic transcripts or tertiary qualification certificate (certified), confirmation of banking details verified by the bank with a bank stamp and/or letter, and proof of residential address with an affidavit.
